Continuity of Care Record Plus™

A second product in the Hii™ System suite is the Continuity of Care Record Plus™ (CCR+™). It's a continuity of care record with advanced decision-support capabilities, which helps improve care by fostering information sharing and care coordination between primary care physicians and specialists working with the same patient.

Although CCR+ contains a standard continuity of care record, it adds two important functions missing from all other continuity of care records. These added functions:

• Identify associations between lab results, signs/symptoms, and medication side effects to help clinicians determine if prescribed drugs are having an adverse effect on a patient
• Display many lab test panels and imaging studies in a unique (patented) manner that is the most clinically useful way to understand a patient's health problems, risks, and trends.
