Choice Case Management™ System

A fifth product in the Hii™ System suite is the Choice Case Management™ System. It is a powerful, easy-to-use system for case management organizations. It has multiple features and benefits, including:

•  Continuously collects and tracks extensive client data
• Alerts staff when client evidences serious warning signs and when consent forms must be signed
• Evaluates a comprehensive array of financial and staff performance outcomes depicting program effectiveness
• Generates a wide variety of reports focused on cost control, productivity enhancement, and compliance with regulatory demands
• Enables staff to save time and reduce mistakes by managing volumes of complex client, financial and outcomes data easily, quickly, and effectively, and by generating detailed reports with a simple button click
• Gives administrators the information needed for making program policy decisions, including how to improve operational effectiveness and control expenditures by (a) expanding the services with the greatest cost-effectiveness (best outcomes for the least money) and (b) reducing the less cost-effective ones.

The Choice Case Management System can accommodate the needs of any case management program. Currently available is the Mental Health Peer-Support edition, which is being used by consumer-centered, consumer-driven case management programs for persons with severe and prolonged mental health and/or substance abuse problems.
